About
The Network Coordinator supports the growth and day-to-day operations of Human Content’s expanding media network by bridging production, partnerships, and marketing teams. This role requires an individual with experience in, and a passion to grow in digital media, podcast production, marketing, and niche audience engagement. The coordinator helps keep every project moving. From ad campaigns and episode releases to sponsor research and performance analytics. In essence, ensuring clear communication across departments while helping spot the unknown unknowns along the way. Ideal for a creative, detail-oriented multitasker who is hungry to learn, self motivated, thrives in a fast-paced media environment, and wants hands-on experience in the evolving world of digital storytelling and media.
Roles & Responsibilities
Network - Monthly Show and Marketing Analytics Reporting
Social Media Management for Network & Client Accounts
Remote Production Operations (via riverside)
Simple Marketing & Patreon Video Edits
Digital Ad Campaign Management (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Reddit)
Live Tour Market Research
Website Management (No Programming Background Required)
New Series Launch Setup & Distribution
Production Edit QC Reviews & Watchdown Notes
Sales & Sponsor Research and Outreach
Host/Talent Research
Guest Scheduling & Coordination
Patreon Community Engagement/Mgmt for key accounts
Cross Bookings Research for Key Programs
Weekly Podcast Run of Show Prep, Scripting, Research, & Asset Management
Program Cross-Booking Research
Creative Asset Coordination & Copywriting
Bonus Points: Experience in graphic design, post-production, audio engineering, and/or tell us you read this
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in podcasting, media, journalism, or marketing
Strong remote work skills (including time management, multitasking, and self-direction)
Experience or willingness to learn how to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, social, etc.)
Passion for building a career in podcasting and digital media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable wearing many hats and shifting between tasks
Strong organizational, multitasking, research abilities
Confident and professional in client communication
Calm under pressure
Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and finds creative solutions
Adaptable and resourceful; quick to figure out how to get things done
