As a producer/EP, writer, network executive, and series creator – Aron brings a multifaceted approach to the development, production, marketing, licensing, adaptation, and monetization of intellectual property. His portfolio is as diverse as the roster of studios, clients, and talent he’s worked with – spanning podcasts, streaming series (twice-Emmy nominated), network/radio pilots, music videos, digital sketches (exceeding 1BN view counts), live events, and nationwide comedy tours.

When he’s not playing hockey, Rob spends his time juggling productions in Los Angeles, New York, and pretty much every stop in-between. Working with a growing roster of studios and networks (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Showtime, FOX, Disney/Maker, Fullscreen) – Rob’s programming spans everything from Sundance premieres and comedy music videos to viral sketch productions accumulating >1 billion views to-date.

As a production manager, Rob builds scalable logistical pipelines. In one case, hiring and overseeing a 40+ person crew; generating 20 videos a week for premium streaming.

Beyond podcasts and short films, Rob is frequently knee-deep in high-profile commercial and documentary production - working with such talent as Paul McCartney, Jeff Bezos, Lady Gaga, David Beckham, Rick Rubin, Naomi Osaka, & Peter Berg.

Shahnti is an Emmy Award-winning Producer and Peabody recipient. She has created, developed, and produced numerous variety, entertainment news, talk, and podcast programs while partnered with NBC Universal, Telepictures, PBS, KTLA, Syfy, Fullscreen Media/Otter Media, and many more.

Shahnti has booked, interviewed, and coached over 10,000 celebrities to date; guiding the careers, creative voices, and branding behind many of the world’s top influencers.

A proud member and volunteer within the Producers Guild of America, Shahnti spearheads numerous Green initiatives, trained as a Climate Reality Leader by Al Gore, and supports The Climate Reality Project. Most importantly, she is the proud mother of two adorable teacup Maltese pups.
